Lien has advised multinational clients, including both individuals and organizations, across diverse sectors including manufacturing, trading, real estate, software, hospitality, NGOs, etc. She is also a passionate trainer in taxation for customized purposes. Mr. Lam Van Phen is the Head of Credit Risk at ANZ Bank Vietnam, bringing over 20 years of banking experience with leading international institutions including JPMorgan Chase and ANZ. With a career spanning multiple functions and close engagement with clients across diverse industries, he has developed a deep understanding of Vietnam’s dynamic market. In his current role, he oversees credit risk approval, applying extensive expertise to safeguard ANZ’s credit portfolio. ANZ, the first bank to introduce ATMs and ATM cards in Vietnam, remains the only Australian bank operating in the country, with three offices across its two major cities.
